Contracts Administration Manager

We expanded our capabilities and redrew our map to establish an international omnichannel critical customer communications platform. As a result of our tremendous growth, we are seeking to add a talented Contracts Administration Manager to join our team.

What you'll do:
  • Reviews terms and conditions of contracts with customers and other outside parties for compliance with standard policy/guidelines
  • Initiates and/or coordinates negotiation and approval of contract terms and conditions with internal business clients
  • Provides support to Legal Counsel and internal business clients for contract negotiation and drafting, identifying issues and non-standard terms that require attorney involvement
  • Identifies and assists with implementing improvements to existing policies and procedures, including designing and carrying out contract reviews and approval workflows
  • Creates and maintains centralized contract database, housing accurate and complete records of final and in-process contracts
  • Assists with monitoring existing agreements and ensuring they are renegotiated, renewed, or terminated in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintains and prepares reports on status of contracts for management and participates in special projects as assigned

What you'll bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in business/finance
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating and working with commercial contracts in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Prior contract administration or paralegal work or business law experience strongly preferred
  • Experience and familiarity with contract management software strongly preferred
  • Contract management certificate a plus

Compensation Manager

OSG is looking for a Compensation Manager to work at our headquarters office in Ridgefield Park, NJ. In this newly created position, you will work with OSG and all of its subsidiaries, establishing the organization's first discrete compensation function as we continue to scale the human resources organization to accommodate OSG's recent upward growth trajectory.

What you'll do:
  • Maintain, update, and administer/support the Bonus program for OSG and subsidiary companies
  • Serve as the central resource for all OSG companies regarding incentive plan design, maintenance, and administration
  • Manage salary increase program for all OSG companies including budgets, approvals, and communications
  • Resource to all OSG companies regarding job descriptions, salary surveys, and comp-related data
  • Design, propose, and maintain organization charts to be used for comp-related comparisons, RFP's, and executive guidance

What you'll bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 3 years of compensation experience in a multi-company environment
  • Hands on experience working with multiple sales groups to create and administer sales incentive plans
  • Demonstrated experience creating communications to instruct managers on comp-related processes
  • Demonstrated experience creating compensation metrics, trending data, and forecasting budgets
  • Demonstrated superior MS Excel skills to analyze and present data
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Compensation-related certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or university program are considered pluses

Executive Assistant

Because of our significant expansion over the last year, we are seeking to hire an Executive Assistant for an exciting opportunity in a visible role, where you will work with OSG's C-level leaders.

What you'll do:
  • Effectively manages calendars; schedules meetings, sets up conference calls, prepares meeting materials, and manages logistics and miscellaneous details to ensure seamless execution
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and navigates potential travel challenges that necessitate changes to existing plans
  • Prepares, submits and tracks general expense and travel vouchers; reviews the accuracy of expense vouchers, reconciles discrepancies and ensures appropriate resolution
  • Works with executive level management, providing information management and administrative support; coordinates executive communications, which may include taking calls, responding to emails, and interacting with internal and external business contacts
  • Reviews, assesses, routes, answers and monitors follow up action steps on correspondence and other matters as appropriate

Required qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience providing executive level administrative support to multiple C-level leaders in a corporate environment, including interacting with internal and external contacts, and working with/managing highly confidential information, schedules, meetings, and travel
  • Demonstrated experience writing and editing emails, documents, and presentations

Manager/Director Marketing

We are looking for a talented Manager/Director of Marketing to join WhatCounts, An OSG Company, as part of OSG's corporate Marketing Services team, supporting email/technology services. In this exciting role you will be responsible for all marketing initiatives, from concept through development, execution, and reporting. You will directly impact our sales pipeline and ensure existing customer engagement by increasing exposure and awareness in the marketplace.

Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Marketing, you will drive qualified site traffic and determine optimal ROI for lead generation efforts. In addition, you will be responsible for determining relevant topics for content and webinars, supporting new business for Sales, and driving additional service opportunities for existing customers through Customer Success Managers (CSM's).

What you'll do:
  • Create and manage the content calendar that attracts a qualified audience supporting both Sales and Customer Success Managers. This is including but not limited to blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, webinars, sell sheets and social media. Calendar needs to be managed on a 6-month rolling plan.
  • Manage external resources for content and direct topics, voice and schedules
  • Help to define strategy for media and ensure spends are in line with anticipated budget and provide the necessary ROI
  • Work with Sales to identify conversion of leads being generated and refine our efforts accordingly
  • Create and distribute regular reporting that demonstrates performance on our marketing efforts
  • Manage social media and direct topics and voice
  • Establish monthly meetings with Sales, Product and CSM's to gain direction as to their needs for collateral materials (case studies, testimonials, etc.) in the marketplace
  • Support new sales, client service and channel partner teams through dedicated and shared marketing campaigns
  • Establish regular competitive research and share key findings
  • Work closely with Design to ideate and execute all deliverables

What you'll bring to the table:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in experience
  • Demonstrated work experience including creating and managing B2B marketing campaigns, either as part of an in-house marketing team or in an agency setting; as well as experience in Email marketing/technology including assembling analytics and interpreting results for decision-making
  • Demonstrated communication, writing and editing skills

We are looking for a talented project coordinator to join our client services team in Tempe, Arizona, where you will work with a small project team. In this hands-on role, you will be client-facing, gathering business requirements, doing data mapping, production, testing and implementation.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate projects for clients, implementing requests, changes and/or enhancements to existing solutions including documentation reviews, data mapping, plan changes, application testing, and customer updates.
  • Partner with Developers to create project specifications and timelines.
  • Use project management tools to enter ongoing documentation, updates, and file-closure information.
  • Train clients on new elements of application upgrades and usage.

What you'll bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated project management experience implementing data-transfer related projects, including managing multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Word and Excel in a project management setting.

Project Manager, Digital Solutions

OSG is looking for a Project Manager to work with our Digital Product Development group at our headquarters office in Ridgefield Park, NJ. Successful candidates will have a strong background in the Payments Industry with knowledge of EBPP/EIPP applications. The team is comprised of skilled individuals who work closely sharing information, concepts and design considerations to ensure we build highly scalable, heavily used, professional products used by some of the larger companies in the industries we support.

What you'll do:
  • Develop an overall view of project efforts across OSG and 2 subsidiaries, tracking progress at a high level for executive review and decision support.
  • Manage selected projects for client implementations; product development/new features and functions; and change requests.
  • Perform project design and create project plans, aligning resources, timelines, and deliverables; communicate progress/status and highlight risks and options.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress, effectively monitoring all aspects of project plan and execution.
  • Escalate project issues, manage expectations, and propose creative solutions.
  • Provide clear and actionable reporting and metrics.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements.

Required qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, including the demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the Payment Industry a must with knowledge of EBPP/EIPP applications.
  • Experience with Agile software development.
  • Experience utilizing Jira Software for project and issue tracking.
