Executive Assistant

We expanded our capabilities and redrew our map to establish an international omnichannel critical customer communications platform. Because of our significant expansion over the last year, we are seeking to hire an Executive Assistant for an exciting opportunity in a visible role, where you will work with OSG's C-level leaders.

What you'll do:
  • Effectively manages calendars; schedules meetings, sets up conference calls, prepares meeting materials, and manages logistics and miscellaneous details to ensure seamless execution
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and navigates potential travel challenges that necessitate changes to existing plans
  • Prepares, submits and tracks general expense and travel vouchers; reviews the accuracy of expense vouchers, reconciles discrepancies and ensures appropriate resolution
  • Works with executive level management, providing information management and administrative support; coordinates executive communications, which may include taking calls, responding to emails, and interacting with internal and external business contacts
  • Reviews, assesses, routes, answers and monitors follow up action steps on correspondence and other matters as appropriate

Required qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience providing executive level administrative support to multiple C-level leaders in a corporate environment, including interacting with internal and external contacts, and working with/managing highly confidential information, schedules, meetings, and travel
  • Demonstrated experience writing and editing emails, documents, and presentations
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced PowerPoint skills to create and modify documents, presentations and reports
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Financial Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Financial Analytics, the position will employ statistical techniques to interpret data and analyze results that will be the foundation of our proposed pricing strategies for our clients.

What you'll do:
  • Support AppRev product solutions by requesting, processing, and preparing monthly data sets for modeling tools.
  • Review and prepare client monthly data files for modeling and quarterly monitoring reports.
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
  • Build and execute strategic pricing models.
  • Conduct web-based presentations to senior hospital leadership.

What you'll bring to the table:

Project Coordinator/Analyst

We are looking for a talented project coordinator to join our client services team in Tempe, Arizona, where you will work with a small project team. In this hands-on role, you will be client-facing, gathering business requirements, doing data mapping, production, testing and implementation.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate projects for clients, implementing requests, changes and/or enhancements to existing solutions including documentation reviews, data mapping, plan changes, application testing, and customer updates.
  • Partner with Developers to create project specifications and timelines.
  • Use project management tools to enter ongoing documentation, updates, and file-closure information.
  • Train clients on new elements of application upgrades and usage.

What you'll bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated project management experience implementing data-transfer related projects, including managing multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Word and Excel in a project management setting.
  • Demonstrated communication and writing/documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully supporting client-related changes, facilitating project reviews, and establishing and meeting project deadlines.

Project Manager, Digital Solutions

OSG is looking for a Project Manager to work with our Digital Product Development group at our headquarters office in Ridgefield Park, NJ. Successful candidates will have a strong background in the Payments Industry with knowledge of EBPP/EIPP applications. The team is comprised of skilled individuals who work closely sharing information, concepts and design considerations to ensure we build highly scalable, heavily used, professional products used by some of the larger companies in the industries we support.

What you'll do:
  • Develop an overall view of project efforts across OSG and 2 subsidiaries, tracking progress at a high level for executive review and decision support.
  • Manage selected projects for client implementations; product development/new features and functions; and change requests.
  • Perform project design and create project plans, aligning resources, timelines, and deliverables; communicate progress/status and highlight risks and options.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress, effectively monitoring all aspects of project plan and execution.
  • Escalate project issues, manage expectations, and propose creative solutions.
  • Provide clear and actionable reporting and metrics.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements.

Required qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, including the demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the Payment Industry a must with knowledge of EBPP/EIPP applications.
  • Experience with Agile software development.
  • Experience utilizing Jira Software for project and issue tracking.
  • High energy level and flexibility to meet a variety of demands while producing superior work products.
  • Personally, and professionally self-aware.
  • Ability to put "end user hat on;" empathize, anticipate and solve for pain points.

Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant

With new resources and support from its acquisition by OSG, and merger with Windsor Circle, WhatCounts is integrating its technology across all touch points of the customer communication lifecycle. As part of this initiative the WhatCounts team is looking to add a Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant (SE/SC) to its growing sales team, to fuel its continued growth.

We're looking for a SE/SC responsible for matching WhatCounts' Email Marketing platform to good-fit marketers, at upper mid-market and enterprise organizations in the verticals we serve. These marketers are smart, busy and constantly getting pitched new products. You must help extract technical requirements, conduct demos, and assist with RFP responses through a consultative sales process. This role will give you the opportunity to deliver value to prospects and customers, and replicate the proven success we've seen with the right-fit customers.

What Your Day Could Look Like:
  • Watch demo recordings and practice demonstrations of our products
  • Participate in discovery calls with clients, asking technical diligence questions to ensure appropriate diligence for the company and no surprises for clients after they sign up with us
  • Help with RFP responses with appropriate technical content and solution use-cases
  • Train the sales reps and account managers on our team on our products and technology
  • Uncover the true technical challenges that these marketers are trying to solve, and help match them to the appropriate solutions, either ours or others in our partner network
  • Assist sales reps and our onboarding team through the onboarding process, as needed, to ensure new clients are in a position to achieve success
  • Keep up with industry trends and updates, and share value with your growing network of Marketers
