Winner for "Most-Improved Website” Category

The OSG Creative Studio was the recipient of an APEX 2015-27th Annual Awards for Publications Excellence in the Most-Improved Website category for its work on OSG’s new and improved website, osgbilling.com. The awards are an international competition that recognize outstanding publications from newsletters and magazines to annual reports, brochures and websites.

Winner for "Electronic Advertising" Category

OSG was awarded CCA's 2015 Excellence in Marketing Award in the category of Electronic Advertising-Associate, for OSG’s new and improved website, osgbilling.com. Winners were announced during CCA's Global Expo in Atlanta.


Winner for "Printed Materials" Category

OSG was awarded CCA's 2013 Excellence in Marketing Award in the category of Printed Materials. Winners were announced during CCA's Global Expo in New Orleans.


Recognized in "Best Customer Experience Improvement" Category

OSG was recognized in the Best Customer Experience Improvement Category for our work with TelePacific, a facility-based Competitive Local Exchange Carrier headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Upon acquiring the assets of another company, TelePacific needed to migrate and streamline billing systems, as well as implement an electronic billing solution.


Winner of a 2008 Xerox Pixi Award

Competing with over 500 entries from 100 eligible countries, OSG received third place recognition in the TransPromo category for our bill redesign with Modular Space Corporation (ModSpace). The redesign allowed ModSpace to utilize unique ways to reach customers more relevantly throughout the United States and Canada.

Winner for "Best Customer B/OSS Loyalty Solution"

OSG received this award as a result of our digital phone conversion campaign with Inland Cellular. In order to comply with FCC regulations for E911, the wireless carrier was mandated to convert 95 percent of their current customers from outdated analog phones to new digital phones in six months. Together with OSG, Inland Cellular devised a three-fold plan of action using a direct mail letter, insert and OSG Envelope Messaging℠. With the support of the OSG Marketing Services team, Inland Cellular was able to exceed their goals.
