Introducing OSG Voice

Welcome to the first issue of our new company-wide newsletter OSG Voice. Though we may be spread out across many different offices and facilities in different parts of the country, we hope that reading this newsletter will help you stay connected and up to date on what’s happening around OSG.

As you know, our company has changed and grown quite a bit in the past two years. We are still a leading provider of outsourced billing and statement services and customer communication management, but now we are able to do so much more. Thanks to recent acquisitions we have added more production facilities in different areas of the country, expanded our presence in other markets and added new products and services that we can now offer our customers.

We’ll use this newsletter to keep you in the loop about new offerings as well as company news.

Remember, “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts,” and with each acquisition, whether it’s a company or a new piece of state-of-the-art technology, we become a stronger and more robust organization.

The tagline of OSG is “A Partnership That Delivers.” The recent changes in the company illustrate this philosophy. By partnering with these new companies, we are able to strengthen the business and deliver an even better customer experience.

Regards,
Scott W. Bernstein

We Are Growing: OSG Acquires Three New Companies

2016 has been an exciting year at OSG. Not only have we improved our products and equipment, we have also welcomed three new companies into the OSG family.

ClickSpark Garfield National Business Systems

OSG was founded in 1992 — the year of Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You,” the Chicago Bulls dominance and neon windbreakers. In the midst of pop culture history in the making and some (questionable) fashion trends, we were working to offer customers effective solutions to their billing and customer communication needs.

Just like most companies, our story is one of growth and continuous improvement. From pagers to email, parcel post to FedEx overnight, faxes to interactive websites, OSG has steadily put money into new and improved equipment and technology to position ourselves as an industry leader in billing solutions and critical customer communications. We began and continue to be client-focused, always working to make sure our customers are satisfied. At the same time, we have created a work environment where our team members are happy and proud to come to work to achieve that customer satisfaction.

Fast forward almost 25 years—they say success is just as much about the journey as it is the destination. As we continue to grow and welcome new companies into the OSG family, we hope to share these new experiences, foster new ideas and celebrate successes together.

In June we acquired The Garfield Group, a creative agency based in Newtown, PA. They combine strategy, creativity and technology, bringing together all different areas of communications—branding, public relations, design and digital—to make the biggest impact.

In June, we also acquired ClickSpark, a performance-based lead generation company based in Rochester, NY. ClickSpark’s lead generation platform features an algorithm of their very own that predicts lead success, allowing them to deliver high-converting targeted leads to their clients.

In January we acquired National Business Systems (NBS), a leader in data and document management, headquartered in Eagan, MN. NBS is a business outsource provider that specializes in solutions for banks, credit unions and manufacturers. They provide print and mail services, electronic document delivery, document archiving, scanning and more.

We look forward to working with these new teams and watching our company reach new heights as we dive into new experiences. We’ve still got a lot in store—so stay tuned!

Leading the Way with Technology

Ricoh Pro VC60000
Brent Hiatt, lead pressman, oversees a job at the Southeastern Production Facility (SouthData) on the Ricoh Pro VC60000, which is increasing speed and productivity.

At OSG we are committed to providing our customers with best-in-class technology, products and services. That is why we are so proud to announce that OSG is the first North American company to implement the Ricoh Pro VC60000 next-generation continuous feed inkjet platform. OSG is using the new system to streamline our operations, enhance our future growth and more quickly meet customer demand for high-quality, high-volume transactional documents. The new system allows us to consolidate a wide variety of applications that were previously printed on multiple systems onto a common platform, increasing speed and productivity. The new system takes us above and beyond the capabilities of our previous system. With this next-generation technology, we have a wider spectrum of colors with better consistency and far superior quality. One printing system is in our Southeastern Production Facility in Mount Airy, NC, one is in our Eastern Production Facility in Carlstadt, NJ and a third has just been installed in our Western Production Facility in Tempe, AZ.

The new system increases speed and productivity.
